Our goal.

At GPT our goal is to help you recover overall fitness and well-being by restoring your functional movement. We help reduce your pain by identifying and treating the cause of your symptoms. We utilize an approach called Applied Functional Science (chain reaction transformation), which involves observing standing movement patterns in all planes of motion to find the cause of symptoms. Watching how your whole body moves enables us to formulate the best treatment plan for you.

Our use of state of the art electronic medical records system called
Systems4PT has freed up a lot of time for our therapists, allowing us more 1:1 treatment for our patients

We continue to achieve successful outcomes for rehabilitation of these conditions and more:

  • Orthopedic and sports injuries (any joint or muscle injury)

  • Arthritis

  • Post surgical

  • Fracture

  • Joint replacement

  • Headache

  • Neck and back pain

  • Neurological injury (TBI, Stroke/CVA, MS, etc.)

  • Generalized weakness

  • Gait instability

“GPT is fantastic, they really care about helping you get better, no matter what your injury might be. They helped me recover fully from a torn ACL and meniscus in my left knee and it’s as good as new — no pain, even when resuming activities like snowboarding and basketball. Thank you GPT team, you guys ROCK!” — Matt Williams
