It is designed for people interested in getting lean, toned, and fit in all planes of motion. This class involves strength training, mobility, balance, jumping, and targeted abdominal work. It will leave you feeling challenged, rejuvenated, and motivated (and hopefully not too sore!). You will need 2-5 lb dumbbell weights (decide what is comfortable for you to use), a 6-8 foot floor space to accommodate lunges, and a water bottle.
