Beginner Athlete Fitness Class
This class, presented by Lisa J. Baumgart, MPT, FAFS, IFNCP, is a perfect progression from the “Falls Risk” class. It is also a great start for people interested in getting back into an exercise routine. Exercises will work all planes of motion in standing positions with a stable support nearby to hold onto as needed.
