Our Home Therapy Kit will complement a patient's home exercise program which is a key part of building success with physical therapy. The tennis and golf balls are used for self mobilization and the Therabands are used for creating chain reactions and strengthening. The kit includes two different resistance Therabands with the goal in mind of progressing from the light to the moderate Theraband. Please consult with your physical therapist at Greylock Physical Therapy prior to use.

Therabands (included in this kit) are a superior band product for resistance training and rehabilitation that provides both positive and negative force on muscles and joints, and stretches, tones, and conditions all major muscle groups..
Each band measures 5 feet long by 5 inches wide. This kit comes with two color-coded resistance levels: yellow (3-4.3 lbs) and green (4.6-6.7 lbs).
