Intermediate Athlete Fitness Class
This class, presented by Lisa J. Baumgart, MPT, FAFS, IFNCP, is designed for people ready to push a little more into strengthening, end-range mobility, and dynamic balance. It will make you stronger and more agile while performing any tasks around your house and help prevent injury. All exercises are in standing positions (sometimes on a single limb) with a support nearby as needed. It will involve using either arms or legs as a driver for motion in all planes. You will need a chair or wall nearby, 1-2 lb weights, and a water bottle.
