Self-pay Virtual Telehealth Service

Self-pay Virtual Telehealth services for physical therapy are available with Lisa J. Baumgart, MPT, FAFS, IFNCP by appointment. You will receive education on self mobilization techniques followed by individualized exercises to improve mobility and strength to help you reach your goals. 

The cost of this service is $70 per half hour. Once you check out for the amount of time you wish to schedule, please call the clinic and speak to the office staff to set up your appointment.  Learn more about this service on our telehealth service page.
