“Fitness Minutes” Shoulder Exercise Video

To keep you moving, this week's "Fitness Minutes" video will address the shoulder. This will allow you to stretch and strengthen your shoulders in all planes of motion in order to easily reach into high and low ranges to better prepare you for any daily activity.
